Best email for messages

The maintained address is admin@catchthekinghelper.com. It is read in order of arrival and replies usually go out within three working days. If a reply takes longer it means the message is being verified against the official sources before the site is updated.

Reporting a content correction

Corrections are the most welcome kind of email and the fastest to action. To make the process easy on both sides, include the following four pieces of information in the message:

  • The full page URL where the error appears.
  • A short quote of the wrong text, so it can be found by search.
  • What the correct value should be, in your view.
  • A source link, such as the official Metin2 Wiki or an official patch note, that backs up the correction.

Corrections that include a source are usually applied the same day. Corrections without a verifiable source are still appreciated, but they may take longer to land while the value is cross-checked.

Reporting a bug

For broken UI, calculator errors, or unexpected behaviour, the most helpful report includes the device and browser you were using, the steps to reproduce, and what you expected to see instead. A screenshot is appreciated but not required. There is no need to share account information; the site does not connect to Metin2 in any way and no game credentials are useful for debugging.

Partnership and content questions

For collaboration suggestions, content licensing questions, or removal requests for any specific reference, the same email applies. Identify the request type in the subject line (for example, "Content removal: King Card image") so it can be routed quickly. All good-faith removal requests are honoured.

What you should never send

Please do not include the following in any message to this address:

  • Game passwords, PINs, or account credentials of any kind.
  • Payment information.
  • Private server administrator credentials.
  • Any personal information about other players that they have not agreed to share.

The site never asks for any of the above and they are not useful for support. If a message accidentally contains credentials it is deleted on receipt.

Privacy of your message

Messages are not published, forwarded, or shared with third parties. The email address used to contact the site is not added to any newsletter. Once a question is answered or a correction is applied, the thread is archived. Aggregated, anonymised feedback may be referenced in public update notes (for example, "Several readers reported the +9 chance looked off, so this section was rewritten") but the originating address is never named.

Response time expectations

Most replies arrive in one to three working days. During active Catch the King event windows the queue is longer, because more players write in at once. If a message has not been answered after a week, a polite follow-up to the same address is welcome.
